New Working Days for ID Card and Passport Service at Aeon Sen Sok Mall

Phnom Penh: Starting July 1, 2024, the General Department of Identification will adjust the working days for issuing Khmer Nationality ID cards and ordinary passports at Aeon Mall Sen Sok. The office will now operate from Wednesday to Sunday and will be closed on Monday and Tuesday.

However, on Mondays and Tuesdays, permanent staff will still be available to issue identity cards and passports to citizens who come to pick them up.

This change aims to better serve the public by increasing the efficiency of identification services, accommodating civil servants and employees who are busy during regular administrative hours, and allowing time for necessary system maintenance.
